Sounds strange, right? Well when you understand the dynamics that are going on these days with a real estate transaction, in which the purchaser is financing a certain amount of the purchase price then, in reality, that is exactly what a seller is confronted with. Let me explain. Job one for any seller is to consummate a transaction with a motivated and bona fide buyer who is willing to buy the home at a price the seller is willing to sell it.
